Why Primate Ayodele Always Win Against His Detractors
By Dorcas Oiza
Primate Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, can easily simultaneously pass as the most popular and controversial prophet in Africa but isn’t it wonderful that despite the controversies his prophecies delve into, there has never been any serious threat against his ministry?Due to his fearlessness, Primate Ayodele prophesies about subjects that many others in his ministry shy away from, he speaks about very powerful individuals that other prophets dare not talk about probably because they are scared of their responses or they prefer to hide away from the truth but for Primate Ayodele, the outcome of his prophecies has never bothered him.Although most of his prophecies have never sat well with the personalities that he mentions, they always end up replying to him. Some even fight him by engaging in media attacks against his personality and ministry but all of their responses make no impact because in the end, the prophecies they are angry about always come to pass. Some of them go as far as lying to prove a point that Primate Ayodele’s prophecies don’t come to pass but as records don’t lie, all of them end up freezing out after they have been presented with a counter that states the truth. For instance, a former aide to Ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina who was indeed a regular journalist at Primate Ayodele’s media events embarked on a futile mission to dent the name of Primate Ayodele because the prophet spoke against his principal and the state of the nation. Primate Ayodele had in a press conference spoken about the future of Nigeria and the impending division of the country but this didn’t go down well with Femi Adesina and in a response, he highlighted eight prophecies of Primate Ayodele that didn’t come to pass, according to him.Unfortunately for him, these allegations didn’t last 24 hours before a counter was produced, knocking out the lies against Primate Ayodele. It was discovered that all the prophecies he said didn’t come to pass came to pass and he also misunderstood some.A former governorship candidate of APC in Anambra, Andy Uba went all out against Primate Ayodele for saying he would not become governor in the last governorship election that was held in the state. Primate Ayodele had advised him before the primary election that he shouldn’t waste his money because he would not make any significant impact in the governorship election. As always, Andy Uba and his team launched several media attacks against Primate Ayodele, calling him several names but in the end, Andy Uba lost the election and later on, the court disgracefully sacked him as a candidate in the election which means his name doesn’t even exist as a governorship candidate in the election.A candidate who was quite popular in Kogi state before the governorship election, Honourable Leke Abejide wasn’t also comfortable with Primate Ayodele prophesying about his ambition because he felt it wasn’t in his favour. Primate Ayodele had advised him not to embark on his governorship ambition because it wasn’t yet his time and it would cause a dent in his political career. His team launched a media attack against the prophet and called him a PDP prophet. Unfortunately, Leke Abejide was almost non-existent in the affairs of things at the time the election was held in Kogi state. In the last presidential election that was held in Nigeria, Primate Ayodele warned the candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, who at that time was the most popular candidate that he shouldn’t rely on the noise around his candidacy. The prophet warned him to collapse his structure and work alongside other opposition members if they truly wanted to seize power from the ruling party. As usual, members of Peter Obi’s team sponsored unfounded allegations against the prophet, called him names and assured him that they were going to win the election but here we are, Peter Obi came third in the election.Just recently, Primate Ayodele recommended the removal of Mele Kyari as the Group Managing Director of NNPCL to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Primate Ayodele called on Tinubu to replace him because the fuel crisis in Nigeria will go beyond repair if care isn’t taken. The prophet revealed that Petrol will be sold for N1500/Litre if the president doesn’t reform the petroleum sector.Just like those stated above, the media team of the NNPCL and Mele Kyari sponsored different content on notable platforms to discredit Primate Ayodele. They went as far as importing some already cleared misconceptions about the prophet’s prophecies as a way of getting back at him. They went on about it for about one week, fighting the prophet who doesn’t even care about their responses. As it stands now, Primate Ayodele is gradually getting vindicated following the sharp increase in the price of fuel in the last one month. Petrol price was increased just barely one month ago to N868/Litre and two days ago, it was increased again to above N1,000/Litre. Are we not moving towards N1,500/Litre as Primate Ayodele foretold?I haven’t seen anyone in Nigeria or the world at large launch attacks against Primate Ayodele and end up winning and this is simply because what they ‘tackle’ him for always comes to pass. The mistake some of them make is thinking that Primate Ayodele’s prophecies are personal vendetta against them meanwhile, He is only delivering God’s message to warn and prepare them for whatever is coming. For example, Primate Ayodele warned Dangote about his refinery and asked him to be prayerful because forces would rise against the success. It is this same Primate Ayodele who called on Tinubu a few days ago that he should remove forces frustrating the success of the Dangote refinery.Primate Ayodele who spoke about Anambra’s coming election and said Ifeanyi Ubah is the only one who can unseat Charles Soludo is still the same person that is now saying Soludo will win after Ifeanyi Ubah’s death. Meanwhile, when he shared the prophecy on Ifeanyi Ubah earlier, Soludo’s team launched attacks against the prophet because they felt it was a personal attack against Soludo. If he had any personal thing against Soludo, would he come around to say Soludo will win since Ifeanyi Ubah is dead?In Ghana, Primate Ayodele was one of the pastors who foretold the victory of John Mahama some years ago when he became President. Right now as we speak, Primate Ayodele is trending for speaking against the ambition of the same Mahama that he ‘supported’ some years back, what does this tell us? It’s simply indicating that Primate Ayodele’s prophecies are not to support or go against anyone. Whoever his prophecies favour, they are not as a result of personal relationships or personal issues with anyone, they are just what God told him to tell his people. In 2001, Primate Ayodele told Bola Ahmed Tinubu that he would become Nigeria’s president someday but with the way he has been talking about this current administration, one would think he has an axe to grind with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu but that’s not so. At least, everything he said about this administration has come to pass.Besides, Primate Ayodele has confirmed records of fulfilled prophecies both locally and internationally. He launched a compendium of 10,000 fulfilled prophecies in 2020 and in 2024, he has launched another 5,000 in the space of four years. These are records no one has been able to attain in the world of prophetic ministry.Very recently, some of his prophecies that came to pass include the outcome of the presidential election in Tunisia. The prophet had revealed that the incumbent president would retain his position despite the fact that there would be protests against him.‘’Tunisia election, sincerely, the same person will still retain the seat despite the fact that there will be protests. An uprising can send the man away but he is serious and doesn’t want to go anywhere.’’https://www.tiktok.com/@primateayodele/video/7422749258723396869Just as he said, the incumbent president won the election despite protests against his government.Tragedy struck following the death of a pilot who died on board. Primate Ayodele in his annual prophecy book titled Warnings To The Nations (2024/2025 edition) had warned the world to pray against the death of a pilot.https://www.tiktok.com/@primateayodele/video/7424162166669970693The current crisis in Kenya involving impeachment moves against the deputy president, Righathi Gachagua was also foretold by Primate Ayodele. The prophet in June this year warned some deputy presidents across the world including Kenya against a ‘forced resignation’.https://www.tiktok.com/@primateayodele/video/7423695703211330821How then can anyone defeat a man whose ministry is built solely on the truth and divine signals? His detractors are much, always happy to tackle him in the media space but they always chicken out after what the prophet foretold comes to pass.

Building Systems that outlive Founders – Bidemi Oke
There is a quiet misconception in many growing companies that vision alone is enough to sustain momentum. Founders are often the engine because they are decisive, driven and deeply involved. But what happens when the engine steps back? That question is where real companies are separated from fragile ones. Building something that outlives a founder is not about removing their influence; rather, it is about translating that influence into systems, repeatable, observable and transferable structures that do not rely on constant presence. Without this, growth becomes personality-dependent, and scale becomes inconsistent. At the early stage, founder-led execution works. Decisions are faster, direction is clearer, and there is less friction. But as the company grows, that same model becomes a bottleneck. Every approval, every escalation, every strategic shift begins to orbit one person. The business does not slow down because of external pressure; it slows down because its internal architecture cannot carry its own weight.Usually, “system” is often misunderstood. It is not just about tools, dashboards or policies. It is about designing how decisions are made, how information flows and how accountability is structured. It is about making sure that the logic behind actions is visible, not assumed. For example, a strong system answers questions before they become problems. What triggers a decision? Who owns it? What data informs it? What happens if it goes wrong? When these are unclear, teams default to escalation. When they are clear, teams operate with autonomy. This is where many founders hesitate. System-building feels like losing control. In reality, it is the only way to extend control without being physically present. It shifts leadership from being reactive to being embedded. One of the most overlooked aspects of building enduring systems is Documentation. Now, not as a formality but as a strategic asset. Decisions that are not documented become opinions. Processes that are not documented become inconsistent.Over time, this creates invisible friction. Teams solve the same problems repeatedly but differently each time.Documentation, when done well, becomes institutional memory. It ensures that the company remembers even when individuals move on.Another critical layer is Feedback Loops. Systems should not be static; they must evolve with the business. This requires structured ways to capture what is working, what is failing and what needs refinement. Without feedback loops, systems become outdated. With them, systems become adaptive. There is also a cultural dimension to it. Systems do not operate in isolation; people execute them. If the culture rewards speed over clarity, systems will be bypassed. If the culture values accountability, systems will be strengthened. The goal is alignment where systems reinforce behaviour and behaviour reinforces systems. In fast-moving industries, this becomes even more important, take fintech, for instance. The pace of regulatory change, market volatility and user expectations demands consistency under pressure.Companies that rely solely on founder instinct struggle to keep up, while those that invest in structured decision-making, risk management frameworks, and operational clarity are better positioned to adapt. This is something we are increasingly seeing in companies like FlashChange, where the focus is not just on growth, but on building operational resilience. The emphasis is shifting from “who is making the decision” to “how decisions are made.” That shift, while subtle, is very powerful. It creates a foundation that can support scale without losing direction.Ultimately, building systems that outlive founders is about redefining leadership. It is not measured by how many decisions a founder makes, but by how many decisions the organisation can make without them. The strongest companies are not those where the founder is always present. They are the ones where the founder’s thinking is quietly embedded, shaping actions, guiding priorities and influencing outcomes, even in their absence. That is how legacies are built. Not through constant control, but through systems that carry intent forward.About the AuthorBidemi Oke is the Chief Executive Officer of FlashChange, a fintech platform focused on secure digital asset exchange. Primate Ayodele’s Prophecies On Elections In Benin Republic, Djibouti Fulfilled
Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, who is the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has definitely grown his influence beyond the shores of his country; his prophetic influence has traveled round the whole of the African continent.
As he is known in Nigeria as a man of God who says a thing and it definitely comes to pass, so he is known in other countries as that foreign voice that reveals things to come; that lonely voice that prophesies a thing and it surely comes to pass.
His prophecies on the presidential elections in the Benin Republic and Djibouti have further proven that Primate Ayodele is a true man of God who doesn’t base his prophecies on hearsay or already established information but through the word of God.
For several years, Primate Ayodele has been talking about the presidential election in the Benin Republic, stating repeatedly that the opposition will be handicapped by the president in the country and that the president’s candidate would eventually emerge as the next leader of the country.
In one of his most recent prophecies about the election, Primate Ayodele made it known that the next president of the country would be the finance minister who was endorsed by the incumbent president to succeed him.
These were his words:
“The next president of Benin Republic is the present minister of finance.”
In fulfilment of the prophecy, Benin’s Minister of Finance Romuald Wadagni has secured a landslide victory in the country’s presidential election with more than 94 percent of the votes, according to provisional results.
Sacca Lafia, head of the country’s independent electoral commission, announced on national television late on Monday night that the result was based on more than 90 per cent of votes counted, highlighting Wadagni’s unassailable lead.
This isn’t the first time Primate Ayodele’s prophecy has had a great impact in Benin Republic. Months earlier, he had foretold an attempted coup against the president of the country, and this came to pass exactly as he had mentioned.
In the same vein, Primate Ayodele had said the president of Djibouti would be elected for a sixth term in the country.
“There is going to be an election in Djibouti, the incumbent president will win again”
In fulfilment of his prophecy, Djibouti’s President Ismail Omar Guelleh has won an election with 97.8% of the vote, keeping him at the helm of the strategically-placed Horn of Africa nation for a sixth term, preliminary official results show.
The 78-year-old’s sole challenger, Mohamed Farah Samatar got 2.19% of the vote, in a poll boycotted by most of the opposition.
In power for 27 years, Guelleh had promised to step down, but ran for re-election after the constitution was amended in November to remove the upper age limit of 75 for presidential candidates.
