Primate Ayodele: A National Treasure, A Global Icon

Published

By Paul Osemu

More than three decades ago, Primate Ayodele started his ministry without walls; there were no buildings, cathedral, resources, and structure. All he had was a prophetic ministry, bamboo trees, a rented landed property and about thirty people who were members of his church, INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church.

Unsure about what the future held, Primate Ayodele began his prophetic ministry, accurately foretelling things to come, speaking the truth to power, showing gratitude to God, and sharing the little he had with people around him. He didn’t have a strong platform like other prophets at that time but he had a strong voice and gradually, he rose to prominence in the prophetic ministry.

With fulfilled prophecies like the death of Kudirat Abiola, the annulment of 1992 presidential election, death of former president Musa Yaradua, the exit of PDP on the presidential seat and other cornerstone prophecies, Primate Ayodele joined the list of the most sought after prophets by the high and mighty across several nations.

Three decades after his humble beginning, Primate Elijah Ayodele has become the most talked about prophet, the most sought after, the most accurate, the most accessible, the most generous prophet in Nigeria and other nations.

With a longevity of more than thirty years, Primate Ayodele appears to be the only prophet among those who started before him, who started the same time he started and who started after him, that is still very well rooted in his prophetic ministry and still expanding beyond the shores of Africa. Just as he used to prophesy back in the day, Primate Ayodele is still accurately prophesying events to come and so far, he has more than 10,000 fulfilled prophecies to his credit.

The recent assassination attempt on the former president of the United States of America, Donald Trump was foretold by Primate Ayodele in his 2024 prophecies which were released in December 2023. He had warned that he foresee an assassination attempt on a sitting president and a former president. Before then, he had also warned the USA to be careful and watchful against a political tension.

“World at large: The voice of the lord whispered to me that in 2024 we must pray against the assassination of a sitting President, a former president, a prime minister and a former Prime Minister whose assassination will be successful.’’

Similarly, in his annual prophecy book titled Warnings To The Nations (2023/2024 edition) which was released in July 2023, Primate Ayodele stated again that there will be political tension in the United States of America.

‘‘… The country must be careful because of unexpected shootings, racism, political tension even as there will be lots of changes in the political arena…They should pray against political crisis and protest.’’

The ongoing uprising against the president of Kenya, William Ruto was also part of his prophecies. In his prophecies for the new year, Primate Ayodele mentioned that there will be mounting pressure or an uprising against a sitting president that can lead to his removal.

‘’Let us pray against coup in Africa or mounting pressure or an uprising that can lead to the removal of a sitting President.’’

In another prophecy which was published by notable newspapers including Kenyans.co.ke, Primate Ayodele mentioned that the efforts of Ruto to make Kenya better will not be appreciated and that oppositions would come strongly against him.

These were his words:

‘’Kenya: The country should pray not to see an assassination or removal of a governor. The country’s economic policy will be alarming. Ruto will come up with different policies to see that Kenya gets better but he won’t be appreciated. Oppositions will come out strongly against him. All the efforts of Ruto to make Kenya better will be faced with challenges. The president needs to look after his health. The foreign exchange will not be too good, and Kenya must change its economic policies. I see the country getting it wrong in diplomatic policies. The president must pray not to lose any minister.’’

In the United Kingdom, the Ex-Prime minister, Rishi Sunak’s party lost the recently concluded election and for the first time in many years, another party got into power, sacking Sunak as Prime Minister.

In a prophecy which was captured in a video, Primate Ayodele emphatically said that Rishi Sunak’s time was up and that his party will not get enough seats to remain in power after the UK general election. He made it known that they will be disappointed basically because of the policies of the Prime Minister.

These were his words:

‘’Rishi’s time is up because his party will not make any headway. In the coming election, his party will face disappointment and will not get enough seats. Rishi’s policies will affect his party’s chances in the election, they will not have any headway in the coming election.’’

At the recently concluded elections in Rwanda, Primate Ayodele’s prophecy has been fulfilled following the landslide victory of the incumbent. The prophet had said that President Paul Kegame would do everything to retain his seat but warned him of impending dangers. The election victory has come to pass.

“In Rwanda the incumbent is going to do everything to see that he retains the seat again as revealed by the spirit God. The country will face some tension moments. There will be an election. Opposition can only make headway if they form coalition, but the ruling party can still retain the seat. The citizens must rebuke attacks and security threats. There will be rumour of coup attempt. The government will do everything possible for the country to succeed as unexpected crisis, weather condition will be an issue in the country. The ecological issues as a result of floods that will rampage the country. I foresee that the government will increase the salaries and wages of workers.”

In his home country Nigeria, there is nothing happening in the country president that Primate Ayodele didn’t foretell some years ago. Before the current administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu took over, Primate Ayodele warned Nigerians against voting for another APC government after Muhammadu Buhari. He warned that there will be so much hardship and Nigerians will find it difficult to survive.

“I’m not saying anyone should not insult me; I am not scared of any human being. If Nigeria votes APC in 2023, things will be tougher. We will see human beings and want to eat them like food. This is how God told me. I am not saying you should not criticise me or say anything against me, even as an APC member; I warned you in 2015 too. If you want to vote for lies in 2023, if you vote for the party that has a broom as their symbol, I pity churches. I am not against anybody, and I don’t vote. Nigeria will be tough. If you vote and Tinubu enters, there will be serious problems.”

“If Nigerians vote for APC in 2023, the country will sink, we will swim in poverty, and the economy will be in shambles. If the APC wins, Nigeria will suffer extraordinarily. We have not yet seen hardship; if APC wins, the real hardship will come. The economy will be sick.”

In 2022 before Buhari’s tenure ended, He went further to explain how much commodities would cost; he warned that the price of a bag of rice would skyrocket and that Nigerians will find it difficult to afford essential commodities as little as pure water. He said then that a sachet of pure water will cost N50, diesel will sell for N1500, Dollar will increase to N1500, etc.

“Our economy is in serious shambles; it will get to a point where the police and Army will go on strike because of payment. There will be inflation in the country, and pure water will sell for N50, local rice will sell for N30,000, five litres of groundnut oil will sell for N5,000, there will be no N200 bread, Congo of garri will sell for N1500, with N1,000 you won’t be able to feed yourself, cement will sell between N5,500-N6,000, minerals will sell for N200, Petrol is still going to N250/Litre.’’

Before the 2023 presidential election, he predicted further difficult times and mentioned how much commodities would cost.

“If Nigeria gets the right president, the dollar will become N350, petrol will return to N140, Boko Haram will end.

“Terrorism and sanitary will be a thing of the past if Nigeria gets the right president. The question now is how Nigeria would get the right president. But if we get the wrong person, fuel will rise to N1,500 per litre, dollars will rise to N1,500; and insecurity will be alarming.”

Within one year of President Tinubu’s presidency, many of the things Primate Ayodele said have come to pass and some of these prices have even exceeded what the prophet actually said, underscoring the credibility of his prophecy.

Furthermore, there is currently a crisis with the traditional institution in Nigeria especially in Kano state. The Emir, Ado Bayero was removed and replaced with a former emir, Sanusi Lamido who was also dethroned some years back. Meanwhile, even before Sanusi was removed as CBN governor, Primate Ayodele had said that he foresees him becoming Emir someday.

‘’Lamido Sanusi will face big troubles trying to get a second term as CBN governor but I forsee him becoming an Emir but even at that, he will face challenges’’ (Global excellence,2012)

The prophecy about Sanusi becoming Emir came to pass and some years later, it was followed by the other part of the prophecy that talked about him facing challenges. Sanusi was dethroned and replaced by Ado Bayero but for the word of God to come to pass, He was reinstated in 2024.

There are several notable prophecies of Primate Ayodele that have confirmed him to be God’s mouthpiece and placed him in the position of a national treasure and a global prophetic icon.

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) on Monday said that it recorded a fire outbreak at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

FAAN stated that, though no fatality has been recorded, its team of firefighters was on the ground to contain the fire.

“The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) wishes to inform the public of a fire outbreak at Terminal 1 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

“Our firefighting team is currently responding and working to contain the situation. No loss of life has been recorded.

This unfortunate incident is coming two months after Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, warned Nigerian airports to be careful of fire incidents. He made the warning in his prophecies for 2026, which were released on December 20, 2025.

This can be found on Page 30 of the prophecy book, where the renowned prophet was talking about the aviation sector.

These were his words:

“AIRPORTS IN THE WORLD: I foresee some Airports will be shut down because of power and internet service failures. Let us pray fervently so that no Airport will be attacked. Let us rebuke fire outbreaks, bombing and emergency llandingsof aircraft in our Airports. I foresee a plane crash in the world. Fire will force some aeroplanes to be grounded.”

Since the beginning of the year, several prophecies of Primate Ayodele, which he shared about the new year, have come to pass. Even in the aviation sector, there was a near-crash experience that happened with Arik Air just a few weeks ago.

The aircraft was seen with a blown engine while making an emergency landing in Benin. There was a video evidence of the Nigerian prophet, Primate Ayodele, warning Nigerian airlines to pray against such a serious occurrence.

How Primate Ayodele Warned Channels TV To Pray Against Accident Of Crew Members In 2026 Prophecies

Published

A cameraman with Channels Television, Kani Ben, has died from spinal cord injuries he sustained in a ghastly road accident in Bauchi State.

Ben passed away at about 4:00 a.m. on Sunday at Modular Theatre Complex of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBU-TH), Bauchi, where he had been receiving treatment.

He was among 13 journalists from various media organisations involved in the crash while covering the commissioning of projects by the North East Development Commission (NEDC) in the state.

During the presentation of his 2026 prophecies in December 2025, Primate Ayodele had warned some media organizations against death of their staff members. He specially spoke about Channels TV and asked the media organization to pray against anyone among their crew getting involved in any form of accident.

These were his words

“CHANNELS TV: The spirit of God says the ChannelsTV should be watchful so that none of their crew will be attacked or be involved in an accident or shall be charged to court.” (PG 126).

Likewise, in an earlier prophecy in July, Primate Ayodele asked some television stations to pray for their reporters and cameraman regarding protection.

“AIT, Channels and Arise TV should be prayerful for protection for their staffs especially the reporters and cameramen.”

These two prophecies have been fulfilled with the unfortunate incident that involved the Channels TV Cameraman.

This isn’t to celebrate the death of the promising young man but to call on relevant authorities to always listen to divine instructions and warnings. There are a lot of things that can be avoided if people listen, but sadly, many of these things happen despite warning against them ahead of time, all because people choose to ignore the words of a prophet.

Primate Ayodele himself has said that he doesn’t feel good when his prophecies come to pass; rather, his saddest days are when his prophetic warnings get fulfilled, and this is why he doesn’t celebratethe fulfilment of prophecies. Many of these can be avoided; all people need to do is listen.

Primate Ayodele Commissions Mosque, Names It After Tinubu’s Mother

Published

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has commissioned a mosque he built and named it after the mother of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mrs. Abibatu Mogaji.

The commissioning took place during his annual thanksgiving ceremony on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Oke-Afa, Lagos State.

The event was attended by several dignitaries from the religious, traditional, political, and entertainment sectors, among others.

Among the dignitaries were the Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the first daughter of President Tinubu, who sent several delegates due to her unavoidable absence; the Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, represented by his Special Adviser on Islamic Matters; delegates of the Etsu Nupe, HRH Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar; the House of Representatives member representing Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency II, Hon. Joe Oke; the Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division, Sheikh Seifudeen Ademoritan Ayinla; the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Isa Abiodun Olakunle; the Chairman of Egbe/Idimu LCDA, Hon. Idris Balogun; the Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Hon. Adebayo Olasoju; and the Eze Ndigbo of Ejigbo, among others.

Speaking on the mosque commissioning, Primate Ayodele explained that it is simply a house of worship for God and that it was a divine instruction given to him, which he would not dare to go against. The prophet stated that the mosque would be handed over to a Muslim cleric, whom he presented to the audience during the event, making it clear that he has no interest in the operations of the mosque.

“Building this mosque isn’t because I want attention or anything from anyone; it was a divine instruction that I cannot ignore. It’s a place of worship just as we have churches, and I am not afraid of what anyone might say about this. I am only answerable to God, so whatever anyone says doesn’t matter to me as long as God is pleased with me.”

When asked about the reason for naming the mosque after Tinubu’s mother, Primate Ayodele revealed that it was God who gave him that direction and that he had initially wanted to name it after someone else, but God instructed him to change it.

“People see me as someone who hates Tinubu or as an APC critic, and I think that’s why Governor Sanwo-Olu doesn’t respond to our letter of invitation, but it doesn’t matter. I named it not because I want Tinubu to give me an appointment or anything at all. I initially wanted to name it Folawuyo Mosque, but God said no. God chose the name. If anyone likes, they can condemn me; I don’t care. We have done it already.”

While speaking on the mosque building, one of the invited Muslim clerics, who began his speech by singing Christian hymns, appreciated Primate Ayodele for promoting unity through the prayer house he built for Muslims. He quoted Proverbs 3:3 while commending the prophet for his decision.

“This is a sign that we are one, and we will always reciprocate. Our father loves Primate so much, and we thank God for what he has done. There is a difference between religion and character. With this act, Primate Ayodele has shown that we are one, as stated in Proverbs 3:3.”

Likewise, the Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division, through his representative, preached on the need to fear God. He affirmed that God has indeed sent Primate Ayodele as a true prophet, comparing him to Prophet Elias in the Holy Quran.

“There is no one who does not know God, and that is why we should all fear Him. Primate Ayodele Elijah has been sent by God, and that is why he is able to do this. His name, Elijah, has significance in the Holy Quran, and everything he is doing aligns with the character in the Quran. We also want to urge everyone not to fight because of religion; we need unity across the board.”

Continuing, the Etsu Nupe prayed for Primate Ayodele and called on other clerics to emulate the good works the prophet is doing.

“I thank God for our prophet. God will always see you through. We see the good things you do, and God will always be with you. If we have more people like you in the country, we will be much more united.”

Apart from the mosque donation, Primate Ayodele engaged in extensive empowerment programmes, including the donation of about five vehicles, multiple tricycles and minibuses, free WAEC forms, accommodation payments, sewing machines to tailors’ associations, and home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines, among others.

While speaking, the Osolo of Isolo Kingdom applauded Primate Ayodele for his philanthropic works and his decision to sacrifice personal comfort for the sake of humanity. He noted that the prophet is supporting the government by assisting the people.

“I appreciate you for all you have been doing. If we have more pastors like this, the world would be a better place, but most of them just want to buy private jets. I am happy that what you desire is not a private jet. What you have done is more than that. There are many churches in Nigeria, but I have never seen anyone do something like this—selling items at subsidised prices and giving to the people. Unity is very important for our nation, and you have brought everyone together with your own resources. I am so happy to witness this today.”

Furthermore, the Eze Ndigbo praised the man of God for his wisdom and declared that the Igbo community will always support him. He also promised to assist an ailing man, Emmanuel Udoh, who is battling kidney disease and is due for a transplant.

“Thank you, my good daddy, Primate Ayodele. The Lord who gave you this knowledge will take you higher, and I wish you many more years. I have known you for so long, and I declare that every support you need from the Igbo community will be granted.”
