BBNaija Season 9: The Top 3 Favourites For The Prize

Published

on

It’s the finale week of the Big Brother Naija “No Loose Guard” season and the house is still relatively crowded. Never before has eight housemates made the finale of the most popular reality TV show in Africa. The fans expected a massive clear out during Sunday eviction show, but were left surprised by Biggie, as just three of the nine housemates up for eviction were hooked.

Kassia’s eviction would have been the biggest shock of the night, but it was expected following a notice on her handle, that fans should let her be evicted this week to avoid votes split with her husband in the finale. Topher and Ocee were also booted out of the show, leaving Ozee, Kellyrae, Anita, Nelly, Onyeka, Sooj, Wanni, and Victoria as the last eight finalists. But who stands the best chance of emerging the winner?

The Outsiders: Anita, Nelly, Sooj, and Onyeka must be proud to have made it this far. Nelly and Anita of the “Nalita” pair, scored a big point as the only pair to reach the finale. The game somehow played out in their favour and they will be remembered as season 9 finalists. However, it will be a shocker if any of these four housemates emerges the winner on Sunday.

The Dark Horse: If Ozee emerges winner on Sunday, some sections of the fans will not be surprised. He has been a constant performer in the house with good leadership skills. Now that his twin, Ocee, is out, his fanbase has a straightforward job with their votes. But will the numbers be enough to defeat the three major contenders?

The Favourites: Kellyrae, Victora, and Wanni are expected to be the last trio standing on the podium next Sunday. Wanni is the loud voice of this season, her relationship with Shaun has been the biggest story of the season and she’s also got a strong and loud fanbase. Victoria is the direct opposite of Wanni. She hardly talks, but she’s a smart tactician who reads the house like a book. Her fanbase can be regarded as the “silent battalion”. They hardly talk on social media, but whenever she needed the votes, they turned up massively. Kellyrae is this season’s epitome of dedication, skill, tact, and focus. He and his wife received a lot of admiration from the fans which has translated to votes, thus making their fans believe the money is married this season. Baring any surprise, one of these three would win the prize.

The show finale is Sunday, October 6, and you have the power to determine who takes home the N100m worth of prizes.  For this finale week, the voting channels are open till Friday night.
