Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq received with shock and sadness the report of the death of the Iyaloja of Kwara State Alhaja Sidikat Akaje.
The Governor says the late Iyaloja was a towering figure within the state trading community and a woman whose warm demeanour and kindness earned her tremendous respect among her peers and younger generations of marketers.
He says the death of Iyaloja, who still attended a public function yesterday, July 4, again calls attention to the fleeting nature of earthly living and the obligations to do good to all.
