Nigeria launches War Against Drug Abuse (WADA), national control master plan

President Muhammadu Buhari says the rate of drug abuse in Nigeria is more challenging than the issue of kidnapping, banditry and other insecurity challenges confronting the nation.

The President said this on Saturday at the official launch of the War Against Drug Abuse, (WADA), and the National Drug Control Master Plan 2021-2025, at the Presidential Villa ABUJA, in commemoration of the 2021 International Day Against Drug Abuse, with the theme, “Share facts about drugs, Save lives.”
