Philanthropic Gesture: Adebutu Donates 500kva Transformer To Iperu Community

The Chairman, Ladi Adebutu Development Organization (LADO), Hon. (Dr) Oladipupo Adebutu has donated another 500kva transformer to Ward 3, Iperu in Ikenne Local Government of Ogun State on Monday.

A Community leader in the area, who was filled with joy said “Ward 3, Iperu had been without light for five months, since early January this year. No help came until Hon Oladipupo Adebutu came to our rescue. The people of ward 3 are so happy when Lado showed up with a transformer for us”. He said further that “the transformer is a big empowerment as small and medium scale businesses will be back alive”.

This gesture will be about the tenth transformer that have been donated so far to Iperu community by Ladi Adebutu Development Organization in two years.
“If Lado gets there in 2023, Ogun State will be better for all of us, because all the twenty local governments had benefited from Lado” the head of the community remarked.

While responding, Hon Adebutu said, he had been living in Iperu since 1991 and he will continue to identify with his people. He said “I am not a visiting citizen of Ogun state who sneaks in and out at the odd hours; I live with my people and I am always happy to identify with you.”

He then charged the community and the state in general to vote massively for PDP during the local government election to bring back PDP, as the party is known for good governance and better life for the people.
