Hon. Onademunren, Hon. Remi llori rejects INELG, OGHA Primary election results
Describes election as sham, selective and oppressive

The Former Chairman Ogun State House of Assembly Committee on Justice, Ethics and Public Petition, Hon. Samson Onademunren and Hon. Remi llori both contestants at the just concluded OGHA primary election in ljebu North East Local Government have both rejected the result of the primary election held at Araromi Primary School, Atan, ljebu on Thursday, 26th May, 2022; describing it as sham, selective and oppressive.
The duo who made this known in a chat with journalists after the primary election stressed that there was no presence of INEC official expected to supervise the said primary election which produced Hon. Yomi Fasuwa as the winner.
It was further alleged that the delegates were not allowed to vote according to their conscience instead one or two persons took over the writing of the name of Hon. Yomi Fasuwa as the candidate said to have been voted for by the delegates in the various wards.
In a similar situation it was revealed that one Mrs. Opeyemi Abiodun wife to a Reverend gentleman wrote the list for the delegates in Ward 4, Diran Awoyemi a retired Vice Principal from Ward 2 and Segun Odunola, the immediate past Caretaker Chairman in the Local Government from Ward 6 wrote the result of their Wards while Arc. Ranti Oresile wrote that of Ward 9.
The duo therefore described the situation of the OGHA primary election in ljebu North East Local Government, as very unfortunate stressing that the job of the delegates were hijacked by the so-called political leaders in the various wards.
As great party men they called on APC National Chairman and APC Ogun State Exco to rise up to the challenge to avoid mass exodus of members of the Party to another political party.
They also urged the APC National chairman to please correct the anomaly by calling for the voting materials used at the House of Assemby primary election in ljebu North east Local Government to see, confirm and correct the shortcomings that took place at the APC House of Assembly primary election to safe the party from the embarrassment of imposition of candidates in our noble local government council, Ijebu North East.
