Nigerian rap sensation Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, is in fresh court trouble as his alleged assault and battery case suffered another adjournment at the Abuja High Court.

Mega Awareness gathered that an Abuja High Court sitting in Life Camp on Thursday, October 29, 2026, adjourned the case till *December 8, 2026* to hear the defence’s application to amend its statement of defence.

The lawsuit was instituted in November 2025 by fellow entertainer Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent, who alleged that Odumodublvck assaulted him without provocation at a public event on *December 16, 2024*.

According to court filings obtained by Mega Awareness, Kraziecent claimed he was “peacefully taking videos and pictures of himself” at the event when the rapper attacked him, causing physical injuries, emotional distress, public humiliation and damage to his *iPhone 15 Pro Max*.

Kraziecent’s lawyer, Uchenna Ojembe, told the court his client was present and ready to proceed, but defence counsel Magnus Nwangwu informed the court he had filed a motion seeking to amend Odumodublvck’s statement of defence and needed time to file a further affidavit.

Justice J.O.E. Adeyemi-Ajayi, who is presiding over the matter, had earlier fined the rapper *N125,000* on October 14, 2026, after his former counsel Ikenna Magnus sought time to prepare, having just taken over the case.

During the last hearing on October 13 and 14, Kraziecent entered the witness box, adopted his witness statements on oath and affidavits deposed on February 25, 2026. He tendered medical records relating to a wrist injury, photographs, WhatsApp communication logs, payment receipts, and contracts involving Walex Biz Nigeria Ltd, Shelter Groove Ltd, Capworld Nigeria Ltd and Chinotem Nig Ltd over an alleged unperformed booking.

*What Kraziecent Wants:*

The claimant is asking the court to order Odumodublvck to:

– Pay his medical expenses

– Issue a public apology on his social media platforms (Instagram, X) and in two national newspapers

– *Alternatively, pay N2 billion in damages*

The allegations remain claims before the court and have not been determined. No finding of liability has been made yet.

Odumodublvck, known for hits like “Declan Rice” and “Blood On The Dance Floor,” is yet to publicly react to the charges.

The case returns on December 8 for hearing of the amendment application. Mega Awareness will bring you updates.
