Gov Abdulrazaq salutes Modibbo Kawu at 64

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq sends his hearty congratulations to a veteran journalist, public intellectual, and statesman Dr. Ishaq Modibbo Kawu on his 64th birthday today, September 5, 2024.

Dr. Modibbo Kawu, former General Manager of Kwara State Television Authority, editor of Daily Trust, and Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission, has carved a niche for himself as a respected senior citizen who has spent his entire productive years in pursuit of public good, the Governor says.

He commends the statesman for his enviable sense of history and principled positions on issues of public interest, especially matters affecting the progress of Kwara State.

Governor Abdulrazaq wishes Dr. Modibbo Kawu many more years of good health and happiness, asking Allaah to keep him upon goodness.
