The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the Labour Party(LP) and its supporters not to converge on Lekki toll gate for their #Obidatti23 Forward Ever political Rally billed to hold on October first, 2022,
Justice Daniel Osiagor, who made the order Wednesday explained that the order did not however prevent the supporters from holding their rally in Lagos State.
He affirmed that the rally procession cannot converge on Lekki toll gate, adding that the procession can only pass through the toll gate to access Falomo Bridge and other venues at which the rally plans to meet.
Justice Daniel Osiagor however directed the Inspector-General of Police and the Lagos State Police Commissioner to ensure compliance with the order.
