The Federal High Court Abuja had struck out the extradition suit against suspended DCP Abba Kyari, filed by the Attorney-General of Federation and Minister of Justice.
Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court Abuja ruled that the suit to extradite Kyari to the United States was incompetent and brought in bad faith.
Kyari is wanted in United States over his alleged links with convicted internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi.
