The Federal High Court has granted the All Progressives Congress presidential aspirant Rochas Okorocha bail to the tune of five hundred million naira and a surety in like sum .
The surety must own a property within the jurisdiction of the court, Rochas should also deposit his travel document with the court and must not to travel outside the country without the permission of the court .
The second defendant Anyim Nyerere was also granted bail on the existing administrative bail order earlier granted with the trial adjourned to 6th of November .
